Biography:
Krystina is a therapist intern in her last year of her graduate program at Liberty University for Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has a passion for helping people become unstuck in their relational, emotional, and behavioral patterns of unhealth. She believes that all people are capable of meeting their goals and living their best life, as they define it. She works alongside adolescents and adults using a variety of mental health interventions to assist them with their mental and emotional wellbeing. Her therapeutic approach is driven from a person-centered and strengths-based approach. She enjoys an eclectic approach in treatment which includes interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectic-behavioral therapy (DBT), person-centered therapy (PCT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solution-focused therapy (SFT).
