Our Chelan clinic is an integrated medical health care home serving the Chelan valley and surrounding area.

We are a team of family physicians, primary care providers, 2nd/3rd year family practice medical residents, behavioral health providers, dental providers, nutrition services, pharmacy, lab and support staff. We are able to offer full spectrum of family practice/wellness services for children and adults.
