John J. Arnold, PhD
Undergrad: Western Washington University
Medical/Dental/Graduate School: MEd from the University of Washington (1983) and PhD from the University of Kansas (1991)
Dr. Arnold is a Specialty psychologist who has been with CVCH since December 2020. He had previously worked as a psychologist at Lake Chelan Community Hospital from 1999 to 2020 assigned initially to the specialty trauma program at the hospital and then to the Sanctuary program, a dual diagnosis treatment unit, until the program closed in 2020. Prior to moving to Chelan, he had been a director of a substance use treatment program in the Denver area. He grew up in the Midwest though has enjoyed the spectacular vistas and vibrant lifestyle of the Pacific Northwest since 1974.
Professional areas of Interest: Dr. Arnold is interested in a range of clinical areas including ADHD, exposure to traumatic events, and mood disorders.
