I received my Master’s in Social Work from Eastern Washington University in 2015. I am a strength based bilingual therapist, (Spanish/English) and have 9 years of experience working in mental health in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Most of my practice and career has been primarily working with adults struggling with mood disorders, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma, as well as personality disorders. Additionally, I have experience working with victims of crime, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, stresses management, and adjustments disorders.

I have broad experience working with adults, teen, and families from varied backgrounds and ages. I am a strength-based/client centered therapist that uses variety of Evidence-Based modalities to meet client’s needs. I have been trained and certified in EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Common Elements Treatment Approach (CETA). I truly enjoy working with adults and teens.
