Behavioral Medicine
CVCH offers Behavioral Medicine support as part of regular doctor visits, with a Behavioral Medicine Provider working alongside your Healthcare Provider to help with issues like stress, mood, and healthy habits, making it easier to take care of your whole health in one place.
Behavioral Medicine is conveniently located in the same building as our Medical Department. When you visit your primary care provider, you can be connected with a Behavioral Medicine Provider for a range of issues, from managing new diagnoses to addressing mood concerns.
Meeting with a Behavioral Medicine Provider helps you reduce stress and feel better faster without the long waits. Appointments are typically 20-30 minutes, with most patients needing fewer than six meetings.
While more complex cases may be referred to specialized programs, this integrated approach allows for efficient, effective support for many common health and behavioral concerns.
To access CVCH's Behavioral Medicine service, established patients may be referred from their CVCH primary care provider.
