Making a video appointment with your provider is easy!

Simply call 509-662-6000 and make an appointment like you normally would. CVCH uses a software called Zoom for Healthcare which is a safe HIPAA approved platform that does not require you to create an account. Please note, you will need to download Zoom on your device, you can do that by clicking here.

Next Steps

Once you have made an appointment with your provider, someone from CVCH will send you the link for your appointment and information needed for your appointment through your account on the portal.

What to Expect the Day of Your Appointment

Someone will call you prior to your scheduled appointment to make sure you have downloaded the Zoom software, and tested it to make sure that both your audio and video are working. We ask that you be available for your appointment 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We can sometimes run behind schedule, we ask that you plan to be available 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this process.
