Columbia Valley Community Health Team Presents at Conference

Wenatchee, Wash.- Three Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) leaders presented at the 10th Migrant Health Best Practices forum  in Monterey, CA, held May 22-25. This included a group of progressive, efficient, and committed individuals from 10 Migrant Health Centers to share best practices and learn from each other.

CVCH CEO Manuel Navarro, Clinical Compliance Director Marissa Smith, and Clinic Administrator John Donaghy presented a workshop titled “Standard Intake, Improving Quality” on the opening day of the conference. The presentation focused on the identification of improvement goals using quality data measures that impact direct patient care and included strategies for identifying solutions and paths to successful implementation. The team included a CVCH case study to demonstrate best practices.

“It was an honor to have the opportunity to share proven CVCH successes with the attendees at the Migrant Health Best Practices conference,” explained Clinic Administrator John Donaghy.
