Friday, May 22, 2020: Wenatchee, WA: Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) is offering a $5,000 referral bonus for a Bilingual Addiction Counselor for their New Path program.

New Path, an established intensive outpatient treatment program, was launched by CVCH in July of 2019 out of a response to the growing need for substance use disorder treatment in the greater Wenatchee Valley. New Path Supervisor, Marcy Treat explained, “We are offering this generous referral bonus because our program is growing so quickly, and we believe that someone from the community will help us find the right person.” The right professional for this position will need to be bilingual. Treat went on to say, “Many of our clients seeking care use Spanish as their first language. That is why it is crucial that this SUDP be bilingual.”

CVCH recruiter, Lisa Humphrey, explained that once the new hire has completed 90 days of employment, the person who recruited them will receive their $5,000 referral bonus. “We run a referral program internally for our staff and it has helped us find some of the top talent nationwide. We are confident that someone in our community will have someone in their network, and that person will be the right fit for CVCH.” Humphrey went on to explain that CVCH is dedicated to bringing on the right person for this role. This person will have a passion in line with the organization’s mission to provide barrier free, high quality health care.
