- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is a short-term evidenced based practice, that helps people problem-solve and reveal the relationship between our thought, feelings, and actions, and the behaviors that follows. Through CBT, people learn how their perception directly influences their behaviors and actions, identify irrational beliefs, and cognitive errors.
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Is a structured therapy that helps individuals heal from symptoms and emotional distress associated with the result of a disturbing life experience. EMDR demonstrates that the mind can heal from psychological trauma. EMDR consists of eight phases of treatment which includes: History Taking, Preparation, Treatment Planning and Assessment, Desensitization, Installation, Body Scan, and Closure.
- Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), Trauma and Attachment Evidenced based intervention for children ages birth through 5 and their parents, that supports family strengths and relationship, helps families heal and grow after scary or painful events such as loss, separation, serious medical procedures, abuse, or violence.
