If you missed Washington Health Plan Finder’s Special Enrollment period, but need health coverage due to recent loss of employer-sponsored insurance, you may still qualify for coverage options such as Washington Apple Health. At CVCH, we accept all private insurance and qualified health care plans.

We accept Medicare and the following Medicaid plans: Molina, Coordinated Care, and Community Health Plan of Washington. We will also serve anyone who is not insured. 

Our goal is to help you access healthcare and maintain wellness regardless of your insurance or ability to pay. If you have financial concerns, we invite you to speak with our Member Services Team. They can help you enroll into a health plan that’s right for you. They can also determine if you qualify for our sliding fee program. Medicare

Medicare Open Enrollment is October 15 – December 7th each year, and CVCH is here to help you understand all your options and make sure you have the right plan for you.
