Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH), the only not-for-profit federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving Chelan and Douglas counties, has just been named a recipient of five Health Resources and Services Administration’s (HRSA) Community Health Quality Recognition (CHQR) awards.

The CHQR program recognizes health center program awardees that have made notable quality improvement achievements in the areas of access, quality, health equity, and health information technology for the most recent uniform data system reporting period.

CVCH received HRSA’s Health Center Quality Leaders award for achieving the best overall clinical quality measure performance. CVCH was in the top 21-30% of all health centers and is proud to be a bronze badge award recipient.

CVCH also received HRSA’s Advancing HIT for Quality award, Access Enhancer award, Health Disparities Reducer award, and recognition as a National Quality Leader in Maternal and Child Health.

Established in 1972, Columbia Valley Community Health (CVCH) strives to provide optimal health and wellness with compassion and respect for all. With locations in Wenatchee, Chelan, and East Wenatchee, CVCH is a valued and sustainable community partner providing high quality, integrated, innovative, and barrier-free healthcare for all.
