Biography:

Julia Sanchez, M.A., is a fifth-year Psy.D. student at Loma Linda University. She is fluent in English but has been learning Spanish and Mandarin over the past several years. Julia was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. In 2017, she moved to southern California to study psychology at La Sierra University, CA, which later led her to Loma Linda University in 2021 to further study clinical psychology. Julia is passionate about reducing health disparities through integrative and whole-person care. Her clinical interests include supporting youth, parents, families, and women’s health within medical settings. With CVCH, she will be joining the behavioral health team to support patients’ mental health and related needs. Julia looks forward to being part of the collaborative teams and whole-person care at CVCH, as well as exploring the natural beauty of Washington.

She enjoys spending time with her cats and loved ones, drawing, and exploring nature.
