Biography:
Hanna Kiehn-Bautista, SUDPT, is an Addiction Counselor Apprentice, from Wenatchee, Washington. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Eastern Washington University. She began working at CVCH in 2021 as a Care Coordinator at New Path. Starting in 2022, she began seeing high-risk clients for case management to give them time that was dedicated to helping them find resource. After a year and a half, Hanna received her SUDPT license and entered an apprenticeship program through CVCH. She is working towards becoming an SUDP through Olympic College. Hanna is dedicated to meeting clients where they are at by helping, understanding, and learning from them. With their help, she hopes to educate those inside and outside the field of SUD and fight the stigma that comes with it.

Hobbies: (“What I do for fun”)
My hobbies include hiking, fishing, camping, and all things outdoors. I also like photography, reading, and writing poetry. I love to go on new adventures with my ferret and exploring the outside with him.

What attracted you to CVCH?
I was drawn to CVCH from experiences from my childhood. I remember going to Columbia Pediatrics as a patient and being so excited to go there to see the front desk staff. Their kindness was so memorable to me and never ending even as I got older. Since I started with CVCH, I have found the team I can call home and still feel that kindness. I have seen the differences we can make in action, and I want to continue this in hopes that we can help the people in our community find safety and care within CVCH.
