Dr. R. Alexander Padilla is a nurse practitioner from the New York tri-state area and has almost 30 year's experience in the healthcare industry. He is a Doctor of Nursing Practice specializing in Mental Health, and has spent over 15 years in various medical specialties such as oncology, autoimmune, hospice, ER, ICU, CCU, infectious disease and Hi-Tech Infusion Therapy. In the field of mental health, he treats the entire life continuum: children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics. He has treated these populations in both the inpatient hospital and outpatient settings. His outpatient experience includes the treatment of combat veterans and dual diagnosis (substance abuse with mental illness). He is board certified in Addictions.
