At Columbia Valley Community Health, Outreach means meeting people where they are. From schools and community events to migrant camps, warehouses, and supporting unhoused and elderly neighbors, our team is committed to making care accessible to all.

Through programs like Mobile Health Clinics, School-Based Health Services, Girls on the Run, and our annual Back-to-School Health Fair, we work every day to connect individuals and families to health services, resources, and support.

Anyone can visit CVCH Mobile Connect Clinic. If you already have a provider, we’ll coordinate directly with your doctor or clinic—sharing visit details securely and in real time to keep your care connected.
