Back To School Health Fair

This year, we are introducing a new option to help make the event more accessible. While our traditional event works well for many families, we recognize that some community members face barriers that make attending a large, busy event difficult. In keeping with our mission of "Partnering to Achieve Optimal Health and Wellness With Compassion and Respect for All," we are offering an alternative pickup option for families who need additional accommodations.
