Biography: 

Phaedra was born and raised in the Lake Chelan Valley. After earning her graduate degree from Eastern Washington University, she worked in a variety of behavioral health settings, which deepened her commitment to pursuing a career in counseling. As the daughter of immigrant parents who instilled in her the value of community and giving back, she is excited to return home and serve the community that shaped her. She is bilingual in Spanish and English, and committed to providing culturally responsive care to diverse populations. Phaedra takes a person-centered, trauma informed approach to therapy creating a supportive space where individuals feel seen, heard, and empowered. She is interested in working with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life adjustments.

Phaedra loves spending time with friends and family. She enjoys traveling, trying new foods, watching live sports, and staying active through walking, yoga, working out, dancing, and spending time outdoors. She also appreciates the value of a good nap.

What attracted you to CVCH: 

I grew up in the Lake Chelan Valley and was a CVCH client. Now I want to support the community that helped me grow.

Phaedra completed an undergraduate program at Eastern Washington University. Earning a BA in Psychology and a minor in Spanish. She earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Gonzaga University.
