Biography:
Joshua Kent, LSWAIC, is a Therapist Associate, passionate to continue serving communities with the Children’s Behavioral Health team. He is new to Wenatchee, having originally moved to WA from Austin, TX in 2019. He has previously worked in Youth Mental Health Crisis Services in King and Snohomish Counties and Mental Health Education with the state. He earned a MSW from Eastern Washington University in 2023 and received his bachelor’s in Sociology from the University of Texas in 2013. He believes in the importance for mental health invention, aiming to help youth find their strength and direction to heal. He takes care of himself through his passion to cook for his family, tend to a vegetable garden, find a hiking trail, watch something sci-Fi or find a way to be creative by drawing, painting, or carving pumpkins at Halloween time.
