Professional areas of Interest: I am passionate about evidence-based, culturally informed treatment with an emphasis in clinical health psychology which are all major foundations of the
training at CVCH.
 

Bahar Ehfad, MS, is a behavioral medicine intern who grew up in Portland, Oregon.  She spent the last seven years in Los Angeles, California completing her master’s degree in Marriage and Family therapy and is currently completing her last year of doctoral studies in Clinical Psychology.  Bahar received her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University, master’s degree from California Lutheran University, and is currently completing her PhD at Alliant International University-Los Angeles. Bahar is excited to return to the Pacific Northwest to continue serving underserved, low-income populations and to provide evidence-based, culturally informed treatment. Her interests include PTSD and other trauma related disorders, children/adolescents, and chronic and severe mental illness. In her free time, Bahar enjoys taking long walks in nature, hiking, and spending time with her family and friends.
