Graduate School: University of Washington School of Medicine, specialization in Family Medicine

Matt was raised in Frelinghuysen, NJ and earned a Chemistry degree with a minor in theatre at Binghamton University. He started his career in the medical field volunteering with the town EMS squad and continued EMS volunteering through college. Over the years he accrued many interests and enjoys anything outdoors oriented, snowboards regularly, plays guitar and occasionally video games. He attended medical school at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, NY where he started an outreach group for the local unsheltered population. Matt and his wife decided to start their careers in the PNW after taking a road trip through the 48 contiguous states and realizing that once they arrived in Washington they felt at home. His medical interests are wide and varied and he hopes to learn as much as possible to be of service to rural communities.
